Mohamed H. Ismail is an influential, results-oriented management and operational consultant whose entrepreneurial instinct and clarity of vision are valued by domestic and international organizations undergoing periods of rapid change, and/or growth.

Ismail gained valuable experience in brand management and marketing at Procter & Gamble which he later leveraged on behalf of local market FMCG brands. He later joined the European Commission, the EU's Industrial Development Programme for Egypt, with responsibility for development of industrial sector (he successfully developed and executed business development plans on behalf of 900 hundred mid to large sized manufacturers).

Headhunted by Tetra Pak to develop both a sustainability platform and a recycling factory in Egypt and support commercial team of the company, Ismail launched the sales operation of Paradise Juice, and was responsible for several high-profile environmental initiatives including the large-scale deployment of FSC certified packages throughout the local market, and wider Maghreb.

Ismail also managed the business advocacy program for Tetra Pak in Egypt and the wider Maghreb, partnering with the Egyptian government on various projects aimed at meeting global sustainability verification and approval standards.

Prior to working with Tetra Pak, Ismail took ownership of a customer’s strategic decision to invest in the Egyptian tissue market. Ismail directed the investment and business strategy, created the WHITE Tissues brand, gaining 8% market share with an EGP 220m (USD 24m) turnover in under 24 months.

With direct access to a vast network of contacts in both government and the private sector, Ismail served as Secretary of the EJB during its inauguration & launch (1996-1997), President of AIESEC in Egypt, and was awarded a BA in Business Administration from Cairo University (1994-1998).
